Return and Exchange Policy
At Aceza, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
– Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 4 days of delivery.
– The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
– The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
– In case of product damaged, we need a full video of unboxing the packaging if not done, we wont be able to provide the refund.
Return Process
– To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our website or email with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
– We will review your request and provide further instructions.
– Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and returned to us within the specified timeframe.
– In case of product damaged, we need a full video of unboxing the packaging if not done, we wont be able to provide the refund.
Refunds and Store Credit
– Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit.
– The store credit will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase.
– Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Exchanges
– Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item.
– If the item is not available, we will provide a store credit for the full amount of the original purchase.
Conditions
– Aceza reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
– Aceza is not responsible for any damage or loss caused during shipping.
– Delivery cost will be deducted in the period of return/exchange process.
