PRICING
At Aceza, we strive to ensure accuracy in pricing information on our website. However, errors can occur.
Price Accuracy Guarantee
If we discover a pricing error for an ordered item, we will notify you promptly.
Order Cancellation
If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid, a full refund will be issued except the standard 100 Rs delivery charge if already dispatched.
Price Changes
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect dispatched orders.
Taxes
Prices include GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate, for which we are responsible as a seller.

Refund Policy

Payment
Upon receiving your order, we conduct a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds. Goods will not be dispatched until this check is completed. Your card will be debited once the order is accepted.

Incorrect Order or Product Damaged When Received
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure safe and accurate delivery. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we’ll happily replace it. To initiate replacement, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by:

Failure to notify us within 24 hours will be considered acceptance of the product, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
